Hotel Complejo Paris - Illescas

The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choices and everything felt fresh. Rooms are clean and spacious, though the bathroom layout was a bit tight. 🌟 The limited dining menu could use some variety though.

Location: the hotel was very close to Madrid and stunning Toledo, the restaurant and the plaza de toros. We had a superior double room, which was silent and good. The staff and people generally were amicable and efficient: )

Exploring the local dining options is worthwhile. Many eateries serve delicious regional dishes and are just a short walk from the hotel.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The person on the front desk during the night was not able to answer my questions regards a taxi as he was not able to speak english. There was no information in the room about local points of interest including resturants etc.

It was say air-conditioned and wifi for entire hotel. But wifi not working until we change another room. Air-condition was not working and reception told us under repairing. We have to enjoy the noisy melody from the street all night.

Hotel is a clean oasis with comfortable rooms. The bathroom layout felt cramped .

The room was immaculate and had curtains that effectively blocked out light, nice for a deep, restful sleep. I loved the breakfast. The variety of options went beyond the usual hotel fare and suited our family's tastes perfectly. The staff was really good, providing us with last-minute emergency accommodation and being helpful in arranging our transport back.

a nice size rooms with balcony as well as the waiter's phone, nice pool. location so close to madrid & toledo, madrid airport, and madrid and stunning toledo.

The seafood at nearby Restaurante Abrasador Capri was a good surprise, while the clean, neat rooms was great. Breakfast was also a standout, with plenty of tasty options.

Had a rough night due to a noisy wedding party, and the restaurant was closed, but at least we could explore local bars nearby. Talk about silver linings!

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, leading to some discomfort during warmer nights. The bathroom layout felt cramped-sitting on the toilet often meant positioning your knees under the sink. There were also concerns about noise on busy wedding days, which impacted the overall experience. Breakfast options were limited, and the restaurant's rigid dinner menu didn't allow for much flexibility.

The hotel has a nice garden and playground that's perfect for our teenagers to unwind. We also appreciated the friendly and efficient staff, who ensured our stay was smooth despite the busy atmosphere.

My wife says that a better dining option would be ideal.

The pool area was decent but had limited loungers, a bit tricky to find a spot during peak hours. The daily menus in the restaurant were simple, yet the food was quite tasty, with a nice variety for both adults and kids.

Although not exactly inexpensive, the overall experience was still alright.
